Creating your team

There are three different permission levels for Deploi.

  1. Managers: can approve clearance for candidates and create new users

  2. Screeners: can perform screening, but cannot approve clearance.

  3. Viewers: can view candidates and their files, but cannot perform any screening duties.

You can add as many users as you like without charge. Users’ details and permissions can be amended from within the settings, and you can choose to set up your team however works best for you.

At Deploi, we tend to recommend the following:

  • For smaller teams (1-3 people performing screening): All users to be managers.

  • For medium teams (4-10 people performing screening): One or two users as managers, who perform QA on the wider teams’ screening.

  • For larger teams (11+ people performing screening): One or two users as managers, who perform QA on the wider teams’ screening.
