Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

When shipping internationally, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.

Key Information:

  • Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Diggers Factory does not collect these fees and cannot predict their amount.

  • Customs Delays: Customs offices may occasionally hold packages for inspection. Diggers Factory is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.

  • Refusal of Parcel: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Legal Basis & Terms: By placing an order for international delivery, the customer acts as the official importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Diggers Factory is legally required to declare the full value of the goods on customs forms. Under no circumstances will we under-declare a value or mark a commercial item as a "Gift" to avoid taxes.
