Q What is the Business Audit?
The Business Audit is a Core Workspace module which allows a company to self-audit 20 key areas of operation such as legal, insurance, H.R, I.T etc. You tick answers to questions, and receive a report showing the risk and recommendation bespoke to your company, its industry, stage of development and corporate objective, for you action and improve. We report on risk and completeness.
After questions have been answered, you can click on View Report at the top right corner to print report. We also provide you a FREE KPI report for your company during the short time your Business Audit is prepared.

Q How is it(Business Audit) different from the 2-minute test?
The 2-minute test consists of 29 questions across 9 sections, while the Business Audit includes 20 sections, each featuring 10 tailored questions.
Q Does the Business Audit cost me more?
No, the Business Audit does not cost you more. The business audit is an additional feature that comes with the Diligentsia Lite and Pro plans.
Q Does our performance on Business Audit count towards our certification?
Yes. The Business Audit module is required to be completed in order to be awarded a bronze/silver/gold overall certification. Once you have completed this module, you will see your module score. You can find out more about certification here.
Q Can I go in later and rework/review?
Certainly. You can revisit the initial report, apply our recommendations, document these changes within the report, and then update your response to a question, potentially improving your overall score.
Q What's preventing me from answering 'yes' to every question to boost my score?
While there's technically nothing stopping you, blindly answering yes to each question won't genuinely enhance your business. Additionally, advisors and investors may review your report during their due diligence. Ultimately, deceiving yourself and potential investors won't lead to any real benefits.
Q Will investors and advisors see our Business Audit results automatically?
No. Investors and advisors can only see your Business Audit results automatically if you give permission.

Yes, it can be exported in .pdf format.
