Diligentsia, on an anonymized basis, compares your clients' performance and scores on the Diligentsia platform between each other, and with a summary of other companies also on the platform to assist you in seeing how your clients perform amongst themselves and also in detail against their industry average etc.

Q Do other companies get to see our client's performance?

No. Your client's scores are added to a general database, but your client's individual performance can't be seen by anyone you and they have not authorized. So, other companies don't get to see your client's performance.

Q Who else gets to see our clients' benchmarking performance?

Your clients and investors your client selects to see the benchmarking results for their company.

Q My and my clients' data is confidential - we don't want anyone else seeing it.

Of course. We never share your information or your clients' information with anyone else, except in a summarized and anonymized format.

Q What is the point of benchmarking?

Seeing how you compare against comparable others (objectives, stage of development, industry etc) is a useful exercise. For example, benchmarking is useful to know where all your competitors score highly with GDPR and you have a below average score, this suggests you should put more resource into bring your company "up to standard".

No. You may not to wish to use the benchmarking data we provide you, but you cannot opt out of your client's performance data being used on a fully aggregated and anonymized basis.
