Due diligence checklist module allows anyone, having input only a 5 pieces of information, to automatically create a sophisticated due diligence checklist on any company. It will be bespoke to take into account the company itself, its industry, its objectives and its stage of development. You can choose 20/50/100 question checklists and in addition add up to five of your own questions to the checklist. This is primarily aimed at investors but can be used by advisors undertaking Know Your Customer (“KYC”) checks, or companies looking to merge or acquire.

Q What is the point/benefit of the Diligentsia due diligence checklist feature?

The Diligentsia due diligence checklist feature enables you, with very little input, to immediately generate of a detailed and very relevant due diligence checklist for any company. Each checklist is bespoke to that particular company, its stage of development, the purpose of the exercise (acquisition/investment etc.), and the industry in which it operates. Each checklists is integrated into your dashboard, complete with room for answers which are scored, completeness and risk scoring, automated reports and audit logs, and the ability to send it out tot your target for their online completion, which you can monitor as it is completed.

Q: I can do this myself on Chat-GPT?

Yes - you can generate a checklist. But firstly we can do it more quickly than you can - we know how best to structure our requests to the AI platforms to ensure complete and accurate outputs. Secondly, we put that checklist into a comprehensive wrapper of sending it out to be completed by the target, it is integrated into your dashboard - complete with completeness and risk scoring, reporting, audit logs, etc.

Q Can I add my own questions?

Sure - we leave space on the setup for you to add 5 questions or areas of specific interest on which you would like particular focus in the due diligence question generation.

Q Can I generate checklists for my own company to complete?

Absolutely, you can pick particular specialist areas of your business operation, and we can quickly and easily generate a suitable checklist - and integrate it seamlessly into your company dashboard, along with reporting, completeness and risk scoring etc.

Q Is there an audit trail of actions taken by the deduper?

Yes - all our modules have an audit log function.

Q: Why are the risk scores not appearing on my checklist?
