Q. Does Diligentsia have a range of subscription plans?

We have a number of subscription plans for companies at every stage of development, their advisors and investors. More information, and the opportunity to purchase and /or upgrade can be found here.

Q What subscription plans do you have?

We currently have the following subscription plans:

Q Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes - you can do so from either the Company Index or the Company Dashboard or for more information go to Subscriptions & Billing on the home page.

Click on the indent to see the steps

Click on "upgrade" from your Company Index.

Select any subscription plan of your choice.

There are two payment options available. You can pay using your debit or credit card and if you have a discount code, you can add insert it to get a discount. If you want to get a discount code, you can click here to schedule a call with our CEO.

Plan is already active. Selected Plan is shown on Company Index, Company Dashboard, and Subscriptions Model Info(in Company Settings)

Q Can I get help on choosing a suitable subscription plan?

Yes - click on the help button at the bottom right of your screen to access our

live help.

Q Can I cancel my plan early?

No normally, but please contact support@diligentsia.co.uk to discuss, or click on the help button at the bottom right of your screen to access our live help.

Q I am an advisor/investor. Can I pay on behalf of a company?

Yes, as an advisor/investor, you can pay on behalf of a company. Our platform is set up to handle this.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts. There are promo codes and you can also get a discount if you are a development partner. If you are interested in becoming a development partner, click here to schedule a call with our CEO.

Q: How do I contact support for questions about my subscription?

Q: Is there a free trial for the Pro and Lite plans?

No, there is not. There is a free plan which gives you access to a restricted core workspace and also shows you the potential of how Diligentsia can help you due diligence.

Q: Can i downgrade my plan?

No, you can't downgrade your plan. You can decide to not renew when it expires but your functionalities would be restricted

Q: Do you store my credit card information?

No – our payments services are provided by Stripe (www.stripe.com). We do not store your credit card information on our platform.

Troubleshooting

Q: Why can’t I upgrade my plan from the Company Dashboard?

A: Ensure you are logged into your account with the necessary permissions. If the upgrade option isn’t visible, refresh the page or contact support for assistance.

Q: What should I do if my promo code isn’t working?

A: Double-check the promo code for typos, ensure it hasn’t expired, and confirm that it applies to the selected plan. If issues persist, contact support.

Q: Can I switch from a monthly to an annual subscription plan?

A: Yes, you can switch to an annual plan. Contact support if you need help.

Q: How do I check the remaining time on my current subscription?

A: You can view the details of your subscription, including the expiration date, in the Subscriptions & Billing section of your company settings.

Q: Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

A: No, Diligentsia does not currently offer the option to pause subscriptions. You may cancel and re-subscribe when needed.

Q: Why is my subscription not reflecting after payment?

A: Refresh your dashboard. If the issue persists, verify the payment was processed successfully and contact support.

Q: Can I upgrade multiple companies under my portfolio at the same time?

A: No, upgrades must be completed individually for each company. Select the desired plan from each company’s dashboard or index.

Q: What should I do if I accidentally subscribe to the wrong plan?

A: Contact Diligentsia support immediately to correct the issue. Refunds or adjustments are not assured though.

Q: Why can’t I see the Pro Plus plan in my upgrade options?

A: Pro Plus may not be available in certain regions or for certain account types. Contact support for clarification.

Q: Can I share my subscription benefits across multiple companies?

A: No, each company requires its own subscription plan to access Diligentsia features.

Q: Why isn’t my discount being applied to the subscription price?

A: Ensure the promo code is valid and meets any specified conditions. Contact support if the discount is still not applied correctly.

Q: Can I use a different credit card for subscription renewal?

A: Yes, you can use another card when you want to renew. We don't store your card details.

Q: What happens if I don’t renew my subscription?

A: Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, and you’ll lose access to premium features and data stored in restricted modules.

Q: What should I do if I’m charged the wrong amount for my subscription?

A: While this is not feasible, Contact support immediately to resolve billing discrepancies and request a refund if necessary.
