How to connect Authorize.net

Step 1: Add Disputifier as a user on authorize.net.

To add a user on Authorize.net, follow these details:

  1. Log into the Merchant Interface.

  2. Click Account from the main toolbar.

  3. Select User Administration in the main left-side menu.

  4. Click + Add User.

  5. Select the "Transaction Manager" access level and add the "Update transaction security settings" permission

  6. Click Next

  7. Create a Login ID for the new user that contains at least six (6) characters and is a combination of letters and numbers. Please include your store name/DBA in this ID. For example: Adidasdisputes593745

  8. Phone: 5122701514

  9. Title: Anything (this doesn't matter)

  10. Name: Anything (this doesn't matter)

  11. Don't selection any notification checkboxes

  12. Click Submit to continue.

  13. Verify your identity using a One Time Pin (OTP).

  14. Select Request PIN.

  15. Copy the PIN from your email and select Verify PIN.

  16. After verifying, a message will appear notifying you that the user has been successfully created.

Step 2: Adding the information to the Portal

  1. Login to the Disputifier App

  2. Click on Settings > Integrations and search for Authorize.net


  3. Click on Add

  4. Enter the username you set for us in Step 1

  5. Send us a user invite to onboarding@chargebackautomation.com (check the checkbox as well)

  6. Click on Connect API with OAuth

  7. You will be redirected to login to your authorize.net account and taken to a page that shows Disputifier requesting access to some basic functions. Click on Allow


That's it! Your chargeback management is now automated. ​
