On Dokeos LMS, you can download custom reports containing only the information that matters to you. These reports can be filtered according to your needs, allowing you to retrieve only specific data. This option works similarly to the Regulation feature found on the reports page.

Step 1: Log in as an administrator

To start, log in to Dokeos LMS using the administrator role. Once logged in, go to the left-side menu, click on Statistics, then select Custom report.

Step 2: Configure the report filters

On the custom reports page, you will see several filters to set up. This page works similarly to the Regulation option, which you can also find in the Reports tab.

Step 3: Select the data to export

In the filters section, you can choose the specific data to include in your report. Some available options include:

  • User

  • Training course

  • Participation

  • Module progress

Check the elements you want, then click Continue to proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Review the report preview

On the next page, you will see a preview of the selected data. Next to each data column, there is a Remove button. You can use this to delete any column that does not meet your needs before finalizing the report.

Step 5: Choose how to receive the report

Once satisfied with the report settings, click Continue. You will then have two options for receiving the report:

  • Send the report to your login email address

  • Send the report to another email address (which you can specify)

You can select both options if you want to receive the report on your email and an additional one.

Information:

  • Processing large reports: Generating a custom report may take some time, especially if the requested data set is large or covers an extended period.

  • Splitting reports: If your request involves a significant amount of data, it is recommended to split it into smaller requests to reduce processing time.
