1. Billing Entity insights now available in Client Dashboard
You can now filter by Billing Entity and see which assets were purchased under each entity — across both the Assets and Locations tabs.
Each asset now clearly displays the billing entity for easy tracking and reporting.

2. Order Priority: Budget and flexibility options
When you select Price as your top priority during procurement, you’ll now be asked to set a budget per order.
This ensures faster and more accurate offers that match your expectations. You can also indicate if you’re open to alternatives within your price range.
When Priority P1 = Price, you are required to insert a budget to your order.
The order budget you added to your order would be visible in confirmation order section and in order page following order creation.
3. “Formatted” asset tracking (Wipe & Clean) for Enterprise clients
Clients can now request and monitor formatted (wiped & clean) asset status directly in the dashboard — with full visibility through order summaries and customized notifications.
Note: Currently available for Dots US warehouses.
Service will be open upon request.
You can add a Wipe & Clean request once the service is available and supported by your specific warehouse.
From today when formatted status will be changed in Dots it will be marked in the asset change log.

4. Notification Center upgrade — client-controlled alerts
You now have full control over Slack notifications your team receives!
Select from a library of alert types to customize which updates are sent to your Slack workspace.
We’ve also added formatted notifications and extended this capability to order-related alerts, giving your team more clarity, control, and personalization in every message.
5. “Hired & Terminated” notification under the Notification Center-
Clients connected to their HRIS can now receive alerts when employees are hired or scheduled for termination, based on data from their HR system.
These alerts are fully customizable — you choose whether to enable them and how to receive them (Email, Slack, or in-app).
Note: Only employees with a future termination date are included (e.g., on October 2, notifications show employees whose termination date is after October 2).
This feature marks another step toward our goal of automated onboarding and offboarding.

Small Enhancements, Big Impact
File attachment for warehouse-stored assets – you can now attach files to assets stored in Dots warehouses for better documentation and easier tracking.
Multi-select checkbox in order asset selection — quickly select all assets in a section for faster bulk actions.
New subcategories supported in kit creation (Cables, Others, etc.) for improved organization.
