Temporary pauses on wire transfer availability when limits are reached, until balances are resolved

🖥️Easier Asset Discovery in the Catalog
Finding the right equipment is now faster and more intuitive.
The asset catalog has been updated to align with the kit selection experience, allowing you to:
🔍 Filter assets by key specifications (such as brand, RAM, storage).
🎯 Focus on the most relevant specs per category.
📦 Select predefined kits using the same filtering approach.
This creates a more consistent and efficient asset selection flow.

We’ve improved copy and messaging across several client- and end-user-facing emails and notifications to increase clarity, accuracy, and transparency.
Highlights include:
Clearer Pickup Confirmation Form subject lines, including Order ID .
More accurate admin notifications when employees submit pickup details.
Improved messaging when pickup details are reviewed or updated.
Clearer explanations when serial numbers don’t match system records.

🍎 Apple Business Manager (ABM) – Setup Guidance
To support smoother Apple device provisioning, we added a direct link to a knowledge base article in the Add New Reseller to Apple Business Manager email and Slack notification to ensure correct reseller setup when procuring Apple devices through Dots.
📅Support Same-Day Offboarding date selection
Clients can now select an offboarding date starting from the order creation date.
With the streamlined Pickup Confirmation process, the offboarding workflow begins immediately once the order moves to “Processing.”
Important notes:
This feature supports same-day offboarding initiation, not same-day physical pickup.
Actual pickup timing remains subject to Dots delivery SLAs and the offboarded employee’s cooperation in completing pickup confirmation form.
The selected offboarding date helps accelerate communication and preparation, ensuring no delay in starting the process.
