Faster Confirmation - SMS Support 📲
To help employees and recipients respond faster to important order actions, confirmation forms are now supported through SMS notifications in addition to email.
What’s New?
SMS notifications are now automatically sent for:
Recipientsreceive a direct link to the confirmation form together with the relevant order reference, making it easier to complete actions directly from a mobile device.
For Pickup Confirmation forms, automatic reminder SMS notifications are also included if no response is received.

⚠️ Important Notes
SMS support is currently available in all supported regions except the US due to regulations issues. We work on making sure US SMS will be supported by Dots as soon as possible.
New Confirmation Activity Logs 📋
We’ve added detailed activity logs for both Address Confirmation and Pickup Confirmation workflows to provide better visibility into communication history and confirmation status.
What’s Included?
Clients can now view from the order page:
📨 When a confirmation form was sent
👤 Which recipient received it
📱 Whether SMS notifications were triggered
📧 Whether email notifications were triggered/opened
🔁 Resend activity
⏰ Reminder activity (for pickup confirmations)
🤖 Auto-confirmation actions performed by the system
The activity log is accessible directly from the order experience, helping teams quickly verify the current confirmation status without needing manual follow-up.

Improved Warehouse Delay Transparency 🏭
To improve visibility around operational disruptions and warehouse availability, we’ve introduced proactive delay notifications during the order creation flow.
What’s New?
When a warehouse is experiencing a holiday period or operational disruption that may impact fulfillment timing, a notification banner will now appear:
🛒 During order creation
📄 On relevant order overview pages
🚚 During pickup coordination flows when applicable
These notifications help set expectations early while keeping teams informed about potential delays.

Improved Visibility for Orders Awaiting Pickup and Address Confirmation
We’ve introduced new visual indicators in the Orders tab to help teams quickly identify orders that are still waiting for pickup and Address confirmation responses and may require follow-up.
These indicators are designed to improve visibility, reduce stalled orders, and help teams take action faster when coordination is delayed.
🟣 Purple Indicator – Waiting for Response
A purple indicator appears when a Pickup and Address Confirmation forms have been sent, but no response has yet been received from the sender/recipient.
This gives your team a quick way to identify orders that are still pending pickup coordination or Address confirmation and may require monitoring.
🔴 Red Indicator – Action Required
A red indicator appears when a only for cases when sender has not responded to multiple pickup coordination attempts over an extended period of time.
In these cases, the order may require direct intervention from:
The employee’s direct manager
Or your internal HR/IT team
This is especially relevant for delivery and offboarding orders where pickup coordination is required before the order can move forward.

Improved Financial Visibility in Control Panel 💳
We’ve updated the Financial Overview section in the Control Panel to make payment visibility clearer and easier to manage.
What Changed?
The layout of the Financial Overview area was improved to better separate and display invoice statuses, making it easier to identify:
Overdue invoices
Payments due soon
Outstanding balances
We also improved the filtering behavior for a more accurate and consistent experience when reviewing financial information.

Enhanced MDM Asset Sync & Editing Flexibility 💻
We’ve introduced improvements to MDM asset synchronization and hardware specification management to provide more flexibility and better asset data management.
What’s New?
Clients can now manually edit asset specifications in cases where:
The asset is not currently located in the warehouse
The asset is not actively synced with an MDM provider
Additionally, clients can:
Temporarily disable MDM sync
Update asset information manually
Re-enable sync later if needed
We also improved sync behavior so that:
Information supported by the MDM provider continues to sync automatically
Manually updated fields that are not managed by the MDM integration will remain preserved
