3. Timeliness and Patience
We strive to respond to queries as quickly as possible. If additional time is needed to investigate the issue, we will inform you of the expected resolution time and keep you updated.
Please avoid sending multiple messages regarding the same issue, as this can delay the resolution process.
Prohibited Behavior
Harassment: any form of repeated or hostile behavior towards support team members or other users.
Hate Speech: offensive language or expressions directed at individuals or groups based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected characteristics.
Threats of Violence: any form of violent or threatening behavior is unacceptable.
Impersonation: it is forbidden to impersonate someone else during chat interactions.
Sanctions for Rule Violations
In the event of rule violations, we reserve the right to apply the following sanctions:
First Violation: the user will receive a warning.
Second Violation: a temporary block of support chat for one week.
Third Violation: a temporary block of support chat for one month.
Further Violations: permanent block of DRCT support chat.
