ecbo cloak is a luggage storage platform — we connect users with independently operated store partners who provide the physical storage space. We are not a transportation, shipping, or delivery service.

This means:

  • ecbo cloak is not responsible for missed flights, trains, or travel connections resulting from delays or issues at a store

  • ecbo cloak is not responsible for consequential losses — such as hotel bookings, tour tickets, or other expenses — caused by a store-related incident

  • ecbo cloak is not responsible for the contents of luggage beyond the insurance coverage described in our terms of service

  • ecbo cloak does not guarantee store opening hours — stores are independently operated and may occasionally be unavailable despite listed hours

If something goes wrong at a store, we will investigate and take appropriate action. Insurance compensation of up to 100,000 yen per item is available for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage subject to review. See luggage insurance details.
