You are able to change or cancel your reservation until 1 day before your check-in date.
App (iOS/Android):
Go to the reservations tab, select your reservation, and tap 'Change reservation details' or 'Cancel reservation'.
Browser:
After logging in, go to 'Reservation management' from the menu, select your reservation, and choose 'Change reservation details / Cancel reservation'.
*Cancelled reservations will be refunded within 3–4 days. Refund timing may vary depending on your card provider — in some cases, a charge may appear first before the refund is processed.
*Same-day cancellations (on your check-in date) are not possible via the app or browser, and your reservation fee will not be refunded. See: Same-day cancellation policy.
