How to renew a Ticket Restaurant® order?

To save time, you can renew an order directly from your Edenred+ account.

👉 Renewing a previous order

  • From your homepage, view your order history and click on "Renew" below the order you wish to renew.

  • You can also renew an order by clicking on "Last orders" in the navigation bar on the left of your screen. Once you are in your order history, in the "Actions" column on the left, click on the arrow to access the order details.

You will have the option to renew your order by clicking on "Renew Order".

👉 Edit the order settings

When you renew an order, all its settings and your list of beneficiaries are automatically applied.

However, you can change them. For each employee, it is possible to:

  • Change your employee's information or remove it from the list by clicking on the icons under the "Actions" column.

  • You can change the order settings for each beneficiary either individually or for all of them simultaneously. To do so click on the "pen" buttons at the bottom of your screen and set new parameters. They will be automatically saved and can be reused for future orders.

💡 If you want to delete multiple employees or adjust your settings for a group of employees, you can make multiple selections from the first column on the left of your list.

Once your changes are complete, click "Continue".
