summary: quick answers to the most common questions edgeful members ask about reports, edgeful AI, and billing.
these are the questions we hear most often from members. if you don't find what you're looking for here, you can reach us anytime through the chat in the bottom right corner.
what does the "by size" subreport in the initial balance report show?
the "by size" subreport breaks down IB breakout data based on how large the initial balance range was on a given day. the idea is simple — does the size of the IB affect how often price breaks out, and in which direction?
one thing worth knowing: the IB size is measured from high to low, not from open to close. so it reflects the total candle range, not just how far price moved directionally.
use it to see whether you're trading on a historically large or small IB day — and how those days have tended to play out.
why is my WIP bias % showing different results for different symbols?
that's expected. the WIP bias % is calculated from historical data for that specific symbol, so AAPL and NQ will naturally show different numbers — they're different markets with different patterns.
if the numbers look off on a single symbol, check your date range and session settings first. those 2 filters drive most of the variation you'll see. a shorter date range or a different session can shift the numbers significantly.
how do I find reports for a specific stock or futures contract?
use the symbol search at the top of the reports section to pull up data for the ticker you want. type in the symbol — like AAPL or NQ — and edgeful will load the available reports for that instrument.
if you want to see what's active across multiple symbols at once, the screener at edgeful.com/live/futures/screener gives you a real-time view of which setups are in play right now.
what does the gap fill report show?
the gap fill report shows how often price has historically returned to fill a gap after a session close. the fill target is the previous session close (PSC) — that's the level price needs to reach to count as a fill.
the fill % tells you how often price has hit that level historically under your selected filters — date range, session, and gap direction. you can also customize the target to a half gap if you want to see how often price gets at least halfway back.
I was charged after cancelling — can I get a refund?
cancelling your subscription stops future renewals, but it doesn't reverse a charge that's already processed. per our terms of service, edgeful doesn't offer refunds on completed charges.
if you feel the timing was genuinely unfair or there was a billing error, reach out to support — we review each situation individually and may be able to offer a courtesy month to make things right.
to cancel your membership going forward, go to manage account → membership → cancel now.
is there a free trial?
no — edgeful doesn't offer a free trial. but there's a lot you can explore before subscribing, and you can cancel anytime if it's not the right fit.
see edgeful subscription plans and pricing for plan details.
when does my edgeful AI token allotment reset?
your tokens reset on your subscription renewal date — not at a specific time of day. so if your renewal date shows March 21, your tokens will refresh sometime on March 21.
if your renewal date has just passed and the count hasn't updated yet, give it a couple of hours. still not updated? reach out to support and we'll take a look.
how many tokens do I get with edgeful AI each month?
you get 3 million tokens per month with your edgeful subscription. tokens reset automatically on your renewal date each month.
edgeful AI is built for deep research sessions — reading reports, analyzing setups across multiple instruments, building out a framework. it's designed for quick back-and-forth queries and advanced analysis, and 3M tokens covers a lot of that kind of work each month.
can I get extra tokens if I run out?
there's no self-service way to top up tokens mid-cycle. if you've used your monthly allocation before your renewal date and need more, reach out to support — we can review your account and add tokens in some cases.
