With cost control rules, you can easily set your charging policy. Select in which countries public charging using the EEVEE Charge Pass is allowed.
How to set it up?
Go to settings > Cost control rules
Create a new rule
Choose rule type 'Allowed countries'
Define a rule name, a description
Select the countries where charging is allowed
Select the drivers this rule should be applied to

Note: drivers will still be able to charge outside of the allowed countries, but you will be warned when one or more charging sessions were done outside of the allowed region. This will be reported as 'avoidable cost'.
