With cost control rules, you can easily set your charging policy. You can define a maximum charging budget for your drivers. Understand and control who is spending too much.
How to set it up?
Go to settings > Cost control rules
Create a new rule
Choose rule type 'Monthly budget'
Define a rule name, a description
Set the budget (in EUR) per month
Select for applicable location categories
Select the drivers this rule should be applied to

Note: drivers will still be able to charge when the budget is reached. The total charging cost for the selected categories will be added up. If the budget limit is reached, you will see this spending as 'avoidable cost'.
