Using Single Sign-On (SSO)

EEVEE Mobility offers the ability to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) to enjoy a seamless and secure login experience with your organization’s credentials.

Completing the full setup process of SSO ensures that the integration works effectively with your organization's credentials and provides smooth data processing for your operations.

Benefits of using SSO

  • More secure login/account management for your company.

  • More convenient for end users as no separate passwords are needed.

How can I request to enable SSO?

Requesting SSO access is easy and is possible the EEVEE Business Portal.

Go to Settings - 'Account & login' and click the button Request SSO, as shown below.

Please note this is only visible for enterprise customers.

To activate SSO login, users must open the invitation email and click the 'Complete setup' button, which plays a vital role in ensuring successful login activation.

At this time we only offer Single-Sign-On via the provider Okta. If you are using another provider, please reach out to your account manager so we can look into what is possible to support your SSO-provider.

Support for Microsoft Azure is currently in development.

Resolving SSO Login Issues

If you encounter issues logging into the EEVEE Mobility app via Single Sign-On (SSO), follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Open the invitation email and click the 'Complete setup' button. This step is essential for activating the SSO login.

  2. When logging into the app, ensure you select the 'Log in using SSO' option below the main buttons instead of the regular 'Log in' button.

These steps help streamline the login process and resolve common errors effectively.
