I was invited but don’t see my fleet

If you are invited to join an EEVEE Business fleet but do not any information related to the company you work for chances are you did sign up with EEVEE Mobility using another email address than the one that was invited by the owner of the fleet.

Please check

  • On which email address you did receive the invitation to join the fleet

  • In the EEVEE app which email address is used to create the account.

    • Go to Settings

    • Tap EEVEE Account

    • Check email address

If another email address was used you will need to log out and create a new account using the invited email address.

To log out

  • Go to Settings

  • Tap EEVEE Account

  • Tap the red button Logout

If the same email address was used, please contact us via the chat fuctionality in the app so we can look into this.
