How do I configure driver reimbursements?

Configure eligible drivers and select a payout rate

Updated over 7 months ago

Want to reimburse your employees for the cost they made when charging? That's possible with EEVEE Business!

We support adding multiple payout rules so you can decide which drivers, entities are making using of which payout rule. A driver can only be linked to one payout rule.

Configure payout rules

Go to the Settings of your business portal and click Reimbursements > Set up payout rules. (https://business.eeveemobility.com/dashboard/reimbursements)

Over here you will be able to select three different ways of reimbursing your employees for their home charging costs.

Select a payout setting

Variable rate

Pay out the official kWh rate defined by an energy regulator/ gov agency. This flat kWh fee is likely to change every month.

At this time we only support the CREG rate (Commissie voor de Regulering van de Elektriciteit en het Gas) for Belgium. As soon as the rate is published by this regulator this is added to our systems. You do not need to do anything for this.

Fixed rate

Set a specific price per kWh (e.g. as defined in your companies’ car policy). This rate will remain the same until you change it.

Driver app settings

Pay out the kWh rate as configured by your employees in the EEVEE mobile app. Not recommended.

Give the payout rule a name

As you set multiple payout rules in EEVEE Business, a description will help you identify the different configured payout rules.

Assign drivers to the payout rule

Decide which drivers are reimbursed by which payout rule. A driver can only be linked to one payout rule at a time.

Changing a driver from one payout rule to another will go into effect immediately for all reimbursements that are not payed out.
