Which rate is used to reimburse home charging?
The CREG reference rate for the region where the employee lives (Flanders, Brussels or Wallonia). CREG publishes this all-in residential rate per kWh every quarter, and EEVEE applies it automatically.
What if the driver has solar panels, a home battery or a dynamic energy contract?
The same CREG rate applies. Any difference with the driver's actual energy cost is for the driver's account, positive or negative.
Does the driver need a specific wallbox?
No. Any safe charger that complies with the AREI/RGIE regulations works, even a standard household socket. The session is measured through the car.
What if a car is not supported by vehicle telematics?
Then the charge point can deliver the session data through EEVEE CPMS. See EEVEE CPMS: connect office and home chargers.
When are drivers reimbursed?
Every month, either on the 15th or the 30th of the month. The payout only occurs after the invoice was paid by the employer.
Which data does EEVEE collect?
Only charging data: identification (name, email, IBAN), vehicle data (make, model, VIN, mileage) and charging data (date, time, kWh, charging speed, charger type and whether the location is Home, Work or Public). EEVEE does not track trips, speed or parking locations outside charging sessions.
What happens to the old charge cards?
They are deactivated once the driver's car is connected to EEVEE and the new EEVEE charge pass has arrived.
Why does the wallbox show a different number than EEVEE?
Both measurements may deviate up to 2% from the electricity meter, so a difference of up to 4% between them is normal. See Charging accuracy: how EEVEE measures home charging.
Can we keep our existing wallboxes?
Yes. In most cases they are simply switched to plug & charge. See Existing home chargers: plug & charge or CPMS.
Who do I contact with questions?
Fleet managers can email fleetsupport@eeveemobility.com. Drivers can email talk@eeveemobility.com. Both can also use the chat in the EEVEE portal or app.
