What do I need
In order to link your Mercedes you'll need to enter you car's VIN and current mileage.
The verification step is done by Mercedes and can take up to 48 hours. The vehicle needs to be based in the EU.
Step-by-step
Start the onboarding flow
Enter your VIN (vehicle identification number) -- Check out this article to locate your VIN.
Enter your mileage / odometer value to verify your ownership.
No you need to wait for a verification by Mercedes. You will be notified via email for this.This can take up to 48 hours. If this takes longer please contact us via the Chat function in our app.
Once you have received a confirmation the car is accepted you need to open the EEVEE-app and finish the setup in there.
