What do I need
In order to link your Mercedes you'll need to enter you car's VIN and current mileage.
The verification step is done by Mercedes and can take up to 48 hours.
Step-by-step
Start the onboarding flow
Enter your VIN (vehicle identification number)
Check out this article to locate your VINAt this time only vehicles located in the European Union can be added.
Enter your mileage or odometer value to verify
Wait for a verification by Mercedes. You will be notified via email for this.
This can take up to 48 hours. If this takes longer please contact us via the Chat function in our app.Once you have received a confirmation the car is accepted you need to open the EEVEE-app and finish the setup in there.

⚠️ If your car has disappeared from our app after that time and no car was added, it means we did not get a response from Mercedes. You will need to start the onboarding for your car again in such case.
