How to manage missing driver info?

Learn what to do when there is driver info missing

In order to reimburse your employees for their home charging sessions it is important EEVEE Mobility has all required data to execute the payout.

What info is required?

When a fleet driver is eligible for reimbursement, the driver should have:

  • A connected vehicle

  • At least 1 home address

  • An IBAN (bank account number)

  • A payout rule

A warning message at the top the Fleet Overview will be shown to make you aware of this. It is important these issues are resolved as soon as possible.

How can I resolve these issues?

  • There is no home address added

    • Please notify the driver for this so he/she can set up a home location

    • If a vehicle is connected and the driver is eligible, you can also add the location via the business platform as fleet manager.

  • The IBAN is missing

    • The driver can add this via the platform.

    • As fleet manager, you can modify this via the platform by going to the driver profile and clicking 'edit'.
