We introduced the Beta Program a while ago to speed things up regarding the compatibility of cars in EEVEE Mobility.

What does "in Beta" mean?

These vehicles are not verified to be stable (enough) at that point in time. Everything could work perfectly, but we do not know for sure. Yet.

Limited functionality is being offered when adding such car to a business fleet.

Invite drivers of any supported brand.

Charging information in the Dashboard.

Not supported

Reimbursement of charging sessions.

Not supported

When will I be able to reimburse my drivers?

As soon as we consider the car brand stable enough we will remove the beta-label.

Will I get notified when a brand is not in beta anymore?

Fleet owners and drivers will be notified for this via email.

Which charging sessions are applicable to be reimbursed?

Home charging sessions will be included from the moment we remove the beta brand. All charging sessions before that day will not be retroactively be reimbursed.
