๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Have a look at the help button if you need help. Here you find a legenda and a tour for this page. You can also consult help articles.

Under the 'Show' button, there are several elements that you can turn on and off. If you feel the time registration is too cluttered, you can choose to hide some information.

  • Show per hour entry: Choose whether you want to see the start and end time of an hour entry and in which environment or team the hours were performed.

  • Show per team member: You can indicate if you want to see the worked, planned and contract hours of a team member under their name on the left side.

  • Separate rows: If the revenue is enabled, you will see the revenue results at the bottom.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Do you just want to see the hours of team members that actually worked that week? Then use the filter for team members with hours in the left bottom corner.

With the 'Tools' button, you can perform several quick actions.

  • Add hours: A window opens so you can add hours to the page.

  • Export hours: A window opens with the ready-made exports of the time registration.

  • Export to Nmbrs: If you use Nmbrs, you can export the hours here.

  • Edit multiple hour entries: This allows you to select and edit or approve multiple hour entries at once. For example, you can easily add a 15-minute break to all hour entries

  • Settings: Under this button you find all the settings for the time registration. You can read here what everything means.

  • Time settings: Choose the rounding of the start and end time of shifts. This can be down to the minute, or per 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. This is related to the shifts on the schedule.

Difference with schedule

At the top under the week and the days you can see the difference between the amount of worked hours and the amount of planned hours on the schedule. In the example there are 17 worked hours while there were only 9:30 hours on the planning. By clicking on the little arrow you can also choose to hide this information.

Information of team members

For each team member, on the left side below the name, you can see the amount of worked and planned hours if this is enabled. You can also disable it.

By clicking the arrow you have a few options, like add hours and select shifts to edit or approve. You can also send a message to the team member of redirect to their contract or profile.

If you have the revenue feature enabled, you can see your revenue results at the bottom of the page. You can see the revenue here, as well as the labour productivity and labour costs.
