๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Have a look at the help button if you need help. Here you find a legenda and a tour for this page. You can also consult help articles.

Show

Under the 'Show' button, there are several elements that you can turn on and off. If you feel the time registration is too cluttered, you can choose to hide some information.
โ€‹

  • Show per hour entry: Choose whether you want to see the start and end time of an hour entry and in which environment or team the hours were performed.

  • Show per team member: You can indicate if you want to see the worked, planned and contract hours of a team member under their name on the left side.

  • Separate rows: If the revenue is enabled, you will see the revenue results at the bottom.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Do you just want to see the hours of team members that actually worked that week? Then use the filter for team members with hours in the left bottom corner.

With the 'Tools' button, you can perform several quick actions.

  • Add hours: A window opens so you can add hours to the page.

  • Export hours: A window opens with the ready-made exports of the time registration.

  • Export to Nmbrs: If you use Nmbrs, you can export the hours here.

Information of team members

For each team member, on the left side below the name, you can see the amount of worked and planned hours if this is enabled. You can also disable it.
