If an upload fails or hangs
Do not exit or delete the app. The recording is saved on your device and can be re-uploaded.
Check your internet connection and switch to a better network if you can (Wi-Fi or strong mobile data).
Keep the app open - uploads retry automatically when the connection returns.
If the upload still does not finish, use the manual upload option to send the saved video from your device gallery.
