To make it easier to use the self-service form on your tablet, we recommend that you use the "Start a consultation - PIN" page as your home page when your tablet is in kiosk mode. This will prevent patients from going to other applications on your tablet.
Installing kiosk mode on iPad
Configuring Guided Access
1. Open the Settings application.
2. Select Accessibility, then activate Guided Access.
3. Select Code settings, then Set guided access code.
4. Enter an access code, then enter it again. This screen also allows you to activate Face ID or Touch ID to end a Guided Access session.
5. Sélectionnez Vérrouillage auto., puis sélectionnez Jamais. (Si vous choisissez Par défaut, votre iPad se verrouillera automatiquement en fonction du réglage Verrouillage

Start a Guided Access session
1. Open the web application you're using for Empego.
2. If you have a main button at the bottom of the screen, press it three times. If you don't have a main button, press the top button three times.
3. Select Guided Access, then Start.
Ending a Guided Access session
1. If you have a main button at the bottom of the screen, press it three times. If you don't have a main button, press the top button three times.
2. Enter your access code.
3. Select Guided Access, then End.

Configuring the screen pinning feature
1. Open the Settings application.
2. Select Security or Biometrics and Security.
3. Select Advanced Preferences or Other security settings.
4. Select Screen pinning, then activate the option and enable Ask for unlocking scheme before cancelling pinning.
Start screen pinning
1. Open the web application you're using for Empego.
2. Swipe upwards while holding your finger on the screen to display the application preview. If this doesn't work, click on the Recent button to open the application preview.
3. Click on the icon at the top of the application, then select Pin.
End screen pinning
1. To end pinning, sweep the screen upwards while holding your finger on the screen, then release. Alternatively, hold down the Recent and Back buttons simultaneously. The application will no longer be pinned, and you will return to the device's home page.
2. Enter the unlocking scheme or password you chose in the configuration step to unlock the device.
