Enrollsy allows you to control whether your Customers are required to create a password or not when enrolling for the first time. This is also the password they will use to log into their Enrollsy Account.
NOTE: If Customers do not create a password upon enrollment, they WILL need to create one later to be able to log into their account.
Change Password Settings
To access these settings, go to My Company > Enroll Form settings. At the bottom of that section, you will see "Account Password Settings." Below are the options available:
Option 1 - Force Password Creation
The "Force Password Creation" option forces Customers to create a password when enrolling for the first time.
Option 2 - Optional Password Creation
The "Optional Password Creation" option allows Customers to optionally create a password when enrolling for the first time.
Option 3 - Hide Password Fields
The "Hide Password Fields" option hides the password fields at the end of the Enroll Form. Customers are not asked to provide a password when enrolling. However, they will still have to set up a password in order to log in to their Customer Account.
Click "Save Settings," and you're done!
