Do you need to create a report of invoices (current, partially paid, paid, or future)? On the Invoices page, you can export a list of Invoices under a particular Location (or ALL Locations).
Invoices can be filtered using the Filter button before exporting. You can filter Invoices in the following ways:
Payment Plan
Primary Account Holder
Specific Charges
Specific Discounts
Select the Invoices to export on the left then the export button will appear at the top right. The following information can be exported:
Date
Days Past Due
Payment Plan
Amount
Status (i.e., paid, unpaid, etc.)
Invoice Balance
Enrollee name
Enrollment
Class
Primary Account Holder name
