Are you being told you need to use a Kiosk to check in/out your Enrollee? Follow the steps below to make sure you're ready to use the Kiosk.
IMPORTANT NOTES About PINs!
One PIN per account - Only ONE PIN number can be set up per account. If you are a secondary account holder with access to the primary account holder's account, that is considered one account. Secondary account holders do not have their own account unless they are a primary account holder on a completely separate account. That means if one account holder changes the PIN, it changes for the other account holder.
Only view Enrollees on own account - OnThe account holders will ONLY see the Enrollee(s) who is on their own account. If account holders have authorization to pick up another child who is on a separate account, they will have to have that account's PIN number and last four of one of the account holders' phone numbers.
Only Primary Account Holder's name shown - Only the primary account holder's name will appear in the kiosk (not the secondary account holder's name).
Duplicate Last Four of Phone - If another account holder has the exact same last four digits of their cell phone number, both primary account holder names will appear. This is not a security risk, only that they share the same last four digits. Choose the account holder's name and enter your account's PIN to access your Enrollee(s).
Step 1 - Login
Step 2 - Reset PIN
On the menu bar, scroll to the bottom, where you'll see a button that says Reset Pin.
Reset your pin
You now have your PIN ready to use when you use the Kiosk. The Kiosk uses the last four digits of the cell phone number you provided when initially enrolling and the PIN you set to uniquely identify you.
