Place notes and informational messages throughout Enrollsy for your Customers to see

If you notice many of your Enrollees are struggling with a specific part of the Billing Process, there are several places to write your instructions throughout the Enrollsy Platform. Here are a few available info boxes to keep in mind.

Enroll Form Info Boxes

Header Messages

The Enroll Form consists of five main sections, including Account Holder Info, Enrollee Info, Program Selection, Payment Info, and Confirmation. Each section has an info box option that can be configured within the Enroll Form settings.

To configure this message, select the spaceship icon at the top right-hand side of the screen. Select "My Company" and then the "Forms > Enroll Form" tab.

Under each header, you will see a " + Message (Optional)". Select this, type your message, and then select the green check box to the right of the box.

Program Selection Messages

To configure this message, select the spaceship icon at the top right-hand side of the screen. Select "My Company" and then select the "Programs" Tab at the top of the screen.

Select the pencil icon next to the program you would like to write a program selection message for. Scroll down to the "Enrollment Model" section and find the Class Selection Instructions box. Keep in mind, this option is not available for all Enrollment Models.

Customer Portal Info Boxes

Payments (Home) Page:

If your Customers are not on Auto-Pay and have current invoices on their account, they will need to log in to their Customer Portal to make payments. The first page they will land on after logging in is the Payments Home Page. See below for what this page looks like and where the message will be displayed.

To configure this message, select the spaceship icon at the top right-hand side of the screen. Select "My Company" and then the "Company" tab.

Scroll down to the "Portals" section of the page and input your messages in accordingly. Make sure to hit "Save Settings" at the bottom of the page.

Payments (Home) Page > 'Make a Payment' Window:

After selecting 'Make a Payment' on the home page shown above, the 'Make a Payment' window will slide open on the right of the Customer's screen. This is another place to display additional information.

To configure this message, select the spaceship icon at the top right-hand side of the screen. Select "My Company" and then the "Company" tab.

Scroll down to the "Portals" section of the page and input your messages in. Make sure to hit "Save Settings" at the bottom of the page.
