You can view Current (or past due) Invoices in two places within Enrollsy:

  • Invoices Page

  • Customer's Billing page

View Invoices

Follow these steps to view past due or “due now” Invoices on the Invoices page:

  1. Select the Invoices tab on the left hand side of your screen

  2. Ensure you have selected the correct Location (if you have more than one) in the upper-right corner of your Admin Screen

  3. Change the dates in the Calendar

  4. Click on the “Current Invoices” box to see Invoices that are either past due or due now

Download Report of Unpaid Invoices

Once you have the current invoices page pulled up, select the checkbox next to which invoices you would like included in your report. Select the Download or Print icon at the top right hand side of the table.

Send Invoices to Customers

To ensure collection, you can send an Invoice to a Customer as a payment reminder. Follow these steps:

  1. Find the Invoice on either the Customer's billing page or on the Invoices page. See this support article to learn how to view an Invoice.

  2. Open the Invoice by selecting "Edit."

  3. Then choose one of the following options to send the Invoice:

  • Email

  • Text

Email the Invoice

Follow these steps to email your Customer the Invoice:

  1. Click on the Printer icon then "Print Statement."

  2. Choose the dates of the transactions you want to include in the Invoices. Select "Load" then "Print."

  3. When the printer window appears, under "Destination" or "Printer," choose "Save as a PDF" or whatever PDF option there is. Click "Save" then select the destination to save the Invoice and name it (you can use the Customer's name and Invoice date).

  4. Email the Invoice as an attachment using your email provider (i.e., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.).

Text a message

Another option is to text the Customer(s)/Account Holder(s) on Enrollsy and give them instructions to view and pay the Invoice on the Customer Portal.
