When your Instructors have issues logging into Enrollsy, you will need to assist them as an administrator. But don’t worry, we have made this easy for you by giving you with these six steps.
Step 1 - Login Access
First of all, make sure the Instructor has login permission. You can see if they do on the Instructors page (My Company > Users > Instructors).
Underneath "Login" will be a green person/checkmark icon. This means the Instructor has login access. If the Instructor does not have login access, there won't be any icon underneath "Login."
If you wish to grant the Instructor login access, click on the blue pencil icon beside the Instructor's name. Scroll down to "Role & Assignments" and click on the checkbox beside "Add a Login" and Save.
Step 2 - Correct Email Address
Make sure the Instructor is using the correct email address. To verify this, go to the Instructors page. Here you can double-check the email address. If it needs to be edited, click on the pencil icon beside the Instructor's name.
Step 3 - Sign-In Page
The first step is to ask is: “How did you attempt to access your Enrollsy sign-in page?” There are two places where Instructors can log in:
On the Instructor app. Download it below:
At this link: app.enrollsy.com/instructors
On the Enrollsy website (enrollsy.com) under "Sign In"
Step 4 - Password Reset
If that does not solve the problem, the Instructor can reset their password by clicking the “Request Password” button on the Account Sign-In page. This will send them a password reset email. The Instructor will need to click on the link within 2 hours, or it will expire.
NOTE: When a reset password email is generated, only the most recent email's link will work to reset the password. Generating many reset password emails in a row is not advised because doing so will invalidate previously generated emails.
Step 5 - Password Reset Email
Sometimes Instructors will say they have hit the reset button or clicked the password reset link but did not receive the password reset email. There are a few reasons this may be:
Spam: The email may have gone to their spam/junk folder. Tell them to double-check there first.
Incorrect Email: Verify the Instructor's email address to ensure it is the same email address in their account.
Whitelist Us: If neither of the steps above works, inform the Instructor to whitelist enrollsy.com by following these instructions.
After all those steps have been taken, and if the Instructor STILL can’t log in, an Admin user or the Instructor can contact us directly through the chat button in Enrollsy. (That’s the little blue circle in the lower-right corner).
Step 6 - Reset Multi-Factor Authentication
If an Instructor gets a new phone or changes their email address (or the above step does not get them logged in), another Admin User can reset their MFA (multifactor authentication).
To reset an instructor's multifactor authentication (MFA), follow these steps:
Go to the Admins Tab or Instructors Tab.
From this page, edit the Admin or Instructor you want to reset in the drawer on the right.
Click "Authentication," then click the reset Multi-Factor Authentication refresh icon:

More About Passwords
According to various sources, most people (upwards of 60%) use the same passwords for personal and work accounts. Another staggering statistic is that 67% of Americans use the same password for multiple accounts.
Why is this a bad thing? When over 50% of data breaches and cyberattacks are due to compromised login credentials, you'd think we would be a little more careful. The reality is that cloud security is the responsibility of each user as much as it is the provider's responsibility.
If your organization has many Admins and Instructors and would like to get a better password management solution in place, Enrollsy can help you through our partnership with 1Password. Contact us for more information or special pricing.
