See examples of Zaps you can create using Enrollsy triggers

The following are the triggers to which you can connect a wide variety of apps via Zapier:

  • New Activity Post - Triggers when an Activity is posted to someone's Activity timeline (examples: Check In/Check out, Present/Absent, Health/Medical Information, Withdrawal)

  • New Lead - Triggers, when 12 hours have passed since someone failed to complete the enrollment process and a Lead, is created, or 15 minutes after a Lead is created manually by an admin user.

  • New SMS Message - Triggers when a new SMS message reply is received.

  • Class Start - Triggers when an enrollment's Class has started for the day.

  • Class End - Triggers when an enrollment's Class has ended for the day.

  • New Enrollment - Triggers when a new enrollment has been created through the Enroll Form, manually by an admin user or optionally by an import.

NOTE: Currently, the only triggers that are available are the ones above. We do not have any triggers available for custom Enroll Form fields. You can add any feedback to our feature request page here, or select the Feedback option inside Enrollsy under your user icon.

Here are a few examples of Zaps you can set up (there are a multitude of more options available. Explore Zapier's use case here).

Activity Trigger

Using the Activity (Check-In/Check-Out or Present/Absent) trigger, you can set up Zaps to do the following actions:

  • Send an email or SMS text to parents

  • Create a new row/column in a spreadsheet

  • Create a subscriber or tag in an email campaign

  • And more!

Lead Trigger

Using the Lead trigger, you can set up Zaps to do the following actions:

  • Add a contact to a list

  • Add a subscriber to an email campaign

  • Send an email or SMS text

  • Create a conversion event for analytics

  • Create a database item

  • And more!

SMS Message Trigger

Using the SMS Message trigger, you can set up Zaps to do the following actions:

  • Forward SMS messages to a number of your choosing

  • Auto-reply with a customized message

  • Add contact to a spreadsheet or contact software

  • And more!

Class Start/End Trigger

Using the Class Start or Class End trigger, you can set up Zaps to do the following actions:

  • Send an email or SMS message when class starts

  • Send an email or SMS message after class ends with information about signing up for the next class

  • Send an email newsletter

  • Send an email campaign

  • And more!

New Enrollment Trigger

Using the New Enrollment trigger, you can set up Zaps to do the following actions:

  • Add a contact to contact software

  • Send an email or SMS message

  • Add subscriber to email newsletter or campaign

  • Add enrollments to a spreadsheet or document

  • Send a survey
