Processing a Sales Order

Learn how to process deliveries.

Once your items have been added, you can generate the required documents and initiate the delivery process. These steps are optional and may vary depending on your sales process, you can skip them if not required.

Print and Email Documents

Looking to send a customer a Quote or Order Acknowledgement in ERP Go? Navigate to the Documents heading and select a document from the list.

You'll see the document pop up on screen. From here, you can download, print and email.

Choose the email icon and you'll see the 'Email Document' screen. Make changes as needed and click Send to send your email.

Pick confirm your order items

When an order item's status is To Pick and stock is available, the user can confirm the pick after retrieving the products. This can be done either in bulk using the Batch Pick option for multiple items, or individually at the item level using the Pick action.

Book Out your order items

Book Out is the fastest way to process an order.

To book out order items, select Book Out. If needed, update the Book Out Date and/or Delivery Method, then click Accept Book Out to proceed with Invoicing.

If enabled in the user settings, the Delivery Note document will automatically appear on screen after booking out the order.

Want to collect a signature on the delivery note?

If you're delivering the order directly to your customer, click Sign to open the Sign for Delivery screen.

Collect a name and a signature and hit Sign. The signature will be added to the document in the system ready for you to print or email the document.
