The New Performance Experience

Your organisation has partnered with Everperform to give you the tools you need to improve your own performance.

With Everperform, you can answer questions like:

  • Am I on track to hit my monthly targets?

  • How is my performance at the moment compared to three months ago?

  • If I make a change, what impact does it have on my performance?

  • What factors are impacting my performance?

A quick guide to Everperform

This page will give you a quick tour of the top features available to managers in Everperform. You can explore the rest of the app using this Help Centre as a guide.

Pulses

You may have noticed that your organisation sends you regular pulse surveys. The data you share in these surveys lives in the Everperform app, alongside data that is integrated from your practice management system.

When you respond to pulse surveys, your data populates into your Performance Passport.

Performance Passport

Your Performance Passport is the home for your performance, relationship, wellbeing, and subjective productivity data. It houses all your performance data in one place, so you can track your progress: the things you are doing well, and the things that need improvement.

Dashboards

Take a closer look at the trends in your performance over the past few weeks and months. Has your productivity improved? How is your wellbeing impacting your performance? These are questions you can answer with dashboards.
