Champion sustainable high performance with Everperform

On average, 63.3% of individuals within the accounting industry fail to meet their performance expectations. To add to this challenge, less than one in five managers are actively invested in their team's wellbeing. These are contributing factors to the talent retention crisis that is sweeping the industry.

HR leaders are in a unique position to work alongside firm leadership to champion sustainable high performance by supporting underperforms to improve and rewarding high performers.

A quick guide to Everperform

This page will give you a quick tour of the top features available to firm leaders in Everperform. You can explore the rest of the app using this Help Centre as a guide.

Identify high performing individuals, managers, and teams

Everperform provides robust reporting tools so you can identify top performers at every level.

With the My Organisation analysis tool, you can:

  • Compare performance across teams, service lines, and locations

  • Compare performance between quarters

  • Identify which teams have the highest performance scores

Identify and respond to at-risk individuals and teams

Using My Organisation analysis, you can identify individuals whose scores indicate they are dropping in engagement.

Signs that someone would benefit from a check-in:

  • Their wellbeing, relationships and productivity scores have dropped

  • Their observations indicate that they are not performing at their best

  • There has been a change in their pulse compliance (i.e. suddenly stopped completing pulses)

As an HR leader, you can work with individuals and their managers to proactively respond to indications of underperformance.

Run your Performance Review process

Performance reviews serve as powerful tools for businesses to evaluate and enhance their employees' efficiency, productivity, and overall contributions. Everperform's performance review feature elevates this process by offering a quick, easy, and comprehensive method to create and share these critical assessments.

If your firm would like to work with Everperform to run performance reviews, reach out to us via the chat feature or get in touch via support@everperform.com.
