You can allow attendees to access their tickets directly from the Shopify Thank You or Order Status page immediately after checkout.
Enable Ticket Access on the Thank You Page
In your Shopify Admin, click on “Settings” in the lower left-hand corner.
Select "Checkout" and click "Customize."
In the middle of the page, click "Checkout" followed by "Thank You."
Click “Sections” and then “Add app block.”
Select “Evey Tickets Information.”
All that's left is to click "Save" in the top right-hand corner.
Order Status Page
Follow the same steps above, just select the Order Status page in the first drop-down.
After a few moments, all available ticket pages for the purchased tickets will be displayed, allowing users to view or download tickets without needing to wait for the email.
