Handling Multiple Ticket Purchases

Issue:

When a customer purchases multiple tickets for the same event (for example, 2 tickets), they may only receive one multi-ticket email instead of individual notifications for each ticket.


Solution:

Evey allows you to configure how notifications are sent for multiple ticket purchases.

In the Notifications section, you can set a threshold for the number of tickets that qualify as a “group.”

  • If a customer buys at least that number of tickets, they will receive a multi-ticket notification instead of individual ticket emails.

  • If you want all customers to receive the same notification, regardless of how many tickets they purchase, disable this setting.
