How to Turn Off Ticket Deliveries for All Events

If you want to disable all ticket deliveries and notifications across every event, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings in the Evey app.

  2. Click on “Order Settings.”

  3. Under Notifications, enable the setting “Never send notification email to customers when tickets are purchased or created with their email address.”

⚠️ Note: This will stop all ticket emails and customer communications via email platform-wide.


To Disable Ticket Delivery for a Specific Event

  1. Go to the specific event in your Evey dashboard.

  2. Click “Event settings.”

  3. Go to Event Visibility and look for "When should we send tickets?"

  4. Enable the option “I'll manually trigger it, never automatically send tickets.”

Evey will then wait for your manual approval before sending any tickets.
