How to change an attendee ticket type?

There could be various reasons why you might need to alter the ticket type of your purchase, such as changes in plans, availability, or personal preferences. Customers might realize that a different ticket type better suits their preferences or requirements after making the initial purchase. Allowing them to change the ticket type provides a more tailored experience. Therefore, allowing your customers to change the ticket type whenever it's feasible is crucial.

Here is the process of changing ticket type:

1. Go to the event dashboard, then click on “Attendees.”

2. Go to the ticket details.

3. Under ticket information, we can change the ticket type from the dropdown. Don’t forget to save your changes.

NOTE: All changes must show on the online ticket page. However, if the customer wants a PDF copy of the ticket. You can resend the ticket.
