Limiting Attendee Form Changes On The Ticket Page

One of the most utilized features of the app is the attendee information form, where attendees are prompted to fill out essential details before purchasing a ticket. This feature proves invaluable for gathering crucial information necessary for the event's smooth execution.

However, it's worth noting that this information can be altered on the attendee's ticket page, potentially leading to issues, mainly if the form includes agreements to terms and conditions.

To mitigate this, the event settings offer functionality to disable the option to modify form entries on the ticket page.

To implement this, follow these steps:

1. When creating a custom field, navigate to the "Ticket Page" section and check the box labeled "This field cannot be changed on their ticket page."

2. After inputting all required information into the custom field, you can just save your changes.

If you've already created the custom field and wish to disable the option to alter information on the ticket page:

1. Click on the settings icon of the attendee form field.

2. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to adjust the settings of the custom field.
โ€‹

3. Scroll down to the "Ticket Page" section, check the box labeled "This field cannot be changed on their ticket page," and save your changes.
