When canceling tickets, the system typically generates a message similar to the screenshot below: “This ticket is canceled on mm/dd/yyyy with the reason: No reason given”.

Here’s a screenshot of what it looks like:

As of now, updating the reason part is not a supported feature. However, when tickets are transferred to another individual, the system will indicate the reason as "Transferred to #2 XXXXX".
