How can I allow customers to check in multiple times?

There are events where customers are allowed to enter multiple times, events like a museum tour, amusement park, or gym membership. So can you set a ticket to allow customers to check in multiple times for these kinds of events?

Yes, you can!

Here is how you can set the event ticket to allow customers to check in multiple times.

1. On the event dashboard, click on "Event settings."

2. On the "Event settings" page click on the "Check-in" tab

3. Now scroll down to the Ticket Type Settings.

  • Choose "Check-in is allowed at any time."

  • On the Entrance/check-in limit, you can set the number of times they can check in the event.

  • If this is a subscription type of event, you can put a check on the β€œThis ticket expires after a certain number of days” (365 for yearly or 30 for monthly subscription, etc).

Remember: If you have multiple ticket variants, you will need to set this on each ticket variant.

4. Once done click on "Save Ticket Settings."
