Your check-in account allows you to access the check-in app to scan tickets as guests arrive or leave your events. If you do not have a check-in account, create one or ask your event organizer (with access to the Shopify dashboard) to make one; follow our step-by-step guide.

If you've forgotten your check-in account password, it's a simple process to reset it. First, open the app or head to checkin.eveyevents.com and tap the "Forgot my password" button at the bottom.

Now enter the email address of the check-in account you want to change the password for and hit the Submit button.

You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password; this link will expire after 24 hours. Hit the link and enter your new password
