Syncing Tags Between Evey and Shopify Products

Solution: Enabling Tag Synchronization

To ensure that the tags you add in Evey's Event Settings are reflected in your corresponding Shopify products, please follow these steps:

1. Access your Event.

2. Within the event dashboard, locate the "Event Settings" option on the top right.

3. Click on the "Customers & Tags" tab.

4. Enable the option "Save these tags to the Shopify Product that is linked to this event."

5. Save Your Changes.
