The Event Tag I Added in Event Settings Isn't Showing Up in My Shopify Product

Syncing Tags Between Evey and Shopify Products

If you've added a tag in your event’s settings but don't see it reflected in the linked Shopify product, it’s likely due to tag synchronization not being enabled.


Solution: Enabling Tag Synchronization

To ensure that tags from your Evey event are synced with the corresponding Shopify product:

  1. Open the event in your Evey dashboard.

  2. Click “Event settings” at the top right.

  3. Navigate to the “Customers & Tags” tab.

  4. Enable the setting “Save these tags to the Shopify Product that is linked to this event.”

  5. Click “Save.”

Once enabled, tags added in Evey will automatically sync with your Shopify product, improving product organization and consistency.
