The Event Is Allowing Customers to Buy More Than One of My Assigned Seats

Evey Events & Tickets supports reserved seating, where each seat is typically limited to one customer. If customers are able to purchase multiple tickets for the same seat, it's likely due to seat capacity settings.


How to Set Seat Capacity to One Per Seat

  1. Once you're on the Evey Events & Tickets app, go to "Settings".

  2. Once there, go to "Locations and seating".

  3. Now click on the events' "Seating plans".

  4. Then scroll down to "Seats" and make sure that seat capacity is set to 1 per seat label.

  5. If they are not set to 1, you can click on "Edit" and change to capacity to 1.

  6. Finally, don't forget to hit "Save".
