Evey Events & Tickets offers an amazing feature: reserved seating! Typically, reserved seating events are designed for one customer per seat. If you encounter an issue where multiple tickets are being sold for a single seat, please ensure that your seating capacity is set to allow only one customer per seat. We want to make sure that everyone has their own designated spot for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

To update your seating capacity to accommodate only one customer per seat, just follow these easy steps:
1. Once you're on the Evey Events & Tickets app, go to "Settings".
2. Once there, go to "Locations and seating".
3. Now click on the events' "Seating plans".
4. Then scroll down to "Seats" and make sure that seat capacity is set to 1 per seat label.
5. If they are not set to 1, you can click on "Edit" and change to capacity to 1.
6. Finally, don't forget to hit "Save".
