Updating the email address in the footer of notification emails is essential for maintaining accurate contact information.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change the email address on email notification:

  1. In your event, click on "Event Settings".

  2. Navigate to "Notifications".

  3. Scroll down to Templates > Ticket notification and click on "Customize".

  4. Look for "Footer".

  5. Click on "Text" and on the next page, find the section labeled "Footer Text".

  6. Edit the section that mentions your email address and save it.

Note: Make sure to update both instances of the email address in that text.
